Last week was Thanksgiving in the US. There were many posts on social media during the month listing things that people were thankful for. It is heartwarming to read the posts. In light of recent events around the world, I need some positive thoughts to help release the fear and worry that can easily slip into my mind. This week, I chose the Gratitude card from my Balance Resource Card deck.
Gratitude boosts your immune system and elevates your mood. Keep a daily journal with three things you are thankful for. Post your list where you see it frequently to foster a positive attitude all day long.
