Take a moment right now, and practice today's wellness tip as you read this. Grab your journal, turn off your phone, find a quiet place without interruptions and set a timer for 20 or 30 minutes. This is time you are investing in yourself. You are worth it.

Take a moment and jot down some things you would like to do in this next year related to your health and wellness. Make sure you included something for your body, mind and spirit. Are there other areas of your life you need to set goals? Remember to be specific and set realistic time-frames. Draw a picture or make a vision board for these dreams.
